Public beta

Start with a public beta because Andrea Reader is a serious project. Test it with real users to ensure it works and provides real value.

Milestone 02

Listen, fix, repeat

This milestone is about building a tight feedback loop and iterating fast.

  • Collect and triage community feedback from early users
  • Iterate continuously — things you do not like get addressed, not ignored

Milestone 03

Reading features expansion

Expand the reader with deeper controls, more customization, and broader format support.

  • Improve EPUB rendering performance and speed
  • Text selection with color highlighting, save quotes and notes with annotations
  • Overhaul the notes and annotations system with a redesigned view that shows the current page alongside all your notes, highlights, and quotes in a clean, easy-to-read layout
  • Zoom controls and further reading customization
  • Support for additional ebook formats: FB2, AZW3, and MOBI

Official release

Andrea Reader launches officially on the App Store.
